HEY, I’M VICTORIA DANIELLE!

As an Executive Coach, I focus on the WHOLE purpose-filled woman while leveraging my experience as an educator, investment advisor, and a sold-out King’s Kid. The truth is, I’m a survivor with a servant’s heart who loves to work with other servant leaders. I know the struggles of trying to trust God while life is coming at you personally. I also believe your biggest tests create the most beautiful testimonies. Here’s mine.

MY JOURNEY TO YOU

This isn’t my vision.

Let me explain. Since the 5th grade, I wanted to be a teacher. Teaching was my first love, a profession where I honed my skills as a mentor and guide, instilling values of perseverance and integrity in my students.

However, life's twists led me to a crossroads where I felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to explore new horizons. (You’ve got to be kidding me! I love what I do and being honest with myself, found a big piece of my identity in the profession.)

Despite the fear, I left behind the comfort of the classroom and transitioned into a role as an investment advisor—a decision that initially seemed incongruent with my teaching background.

Yet, as I immersed myself in this new career, I unearthed hidden talents and a knack for helping clients navigate the complexities of investments. And when I wasn’t helping a client, I was coaching a colleague and helping them find a career path that was more aligned to their God-given makeup.

Then one day at work, out of nowhere a wave of emotions hit me like a ton of bricks. It was so weighty I had no choice but to go home. It was in this bewildering moment that the Holy Spirit prompted me to resign. (Not again! Lord, we’re in the middle of a move from FL to NC. This isn’t part of the plan.) Despite the huge financial sacrifice and hit to my ego (again), I followed His lead.

Nevertheless, my journey wasn't solely about academics, financial acumen, or finding the best career. It was a journey of spiritual discovery and alignment with my true calling. 

Through each career pivot—from teaching to investment advising and now to business coaching—one common thread has woven its way through my story: an unwavering desire to guide others toward their God-given destinies. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of embracing unexpected paths and allowing the Spirit of God to illuminate the way forward.

So this isn’t my vision. It’s far better and much bigger than I could have imagined.

Today, as a business coach for Christian entrepreneurs, I am privileged to walk alongside visionary leaders, supporting them as they build businesses that not only thrive financially but also embody the timeless principles of faith, surrender to God, and enduring fruitfulness.

FUN FACT

I never thought I’d be a coach. After I left my career as a high school teacher and investment advisor, I spent a lot of time praying and trying to figure out my “thing.” In a vision, God revealed my next steps. I saw people in a pool and a pastor on the side instructing the people to swim. God said, “Victoria, you don’t need to coach from the sidelines; you need to get IN the pool with the people!”

Talk about mind-blowing!

While I’ve always loved to help others, as evidenced by my career in education and financial services, coaching wasn’t the path I thought I’d venture down. With faith on 100, I decided to be obedient and answer God’s call to walk in my purpose. I’m so glad I did. I’ve been blessed to have helped 500+ women since I began my coaching journey!

MY WHY

Every time I add a new tool to my kit, I instinctively know I have to share it with others. It’s the servant in me. I'm committed to seeing other cycle breakers and trailblazers create the abundant life they were called to have without needing other people's approval, working themselves to the grave, and remaining stuck in a scarcity mindset. Most importantly, I genuinely care. Witnessing client outcomes and transformations fuels me to no end; not the income. I LOVE seeing individuals move to their next level in life and business and unapologetically be all that God created them to be!

When I’m not coaching, consulting, or training ambitious women with big hearts, you can catch me hanging out with the loves of my life - my husband and son.
